WHAT IS A PRE-ORDER?
A pre-order allows you to secure your item before it is ready to ship. Once the pre-order period ends, production begins and your order will be shipped as soon as it is ready and in our hands.
WHEN WILL MY PRE-ORDER SHIP?
The estimated shipping period will be shown on the product page before you place your order. We will keep you updated by email throughout the production process.
CAN I CANCEL MY PRE-ORDER?
If you would like to cancel your pre-order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@nemant.com
Once production has started, the products have been ordered, or we have otherwise committed costs specifically based on your pre-order, cancellation before delivery may no longer be possible, where permitted by applicable consumer law.
Once you have received your order, your statutory consumer rights apply as normal, including your 14-day right of withdrawal. The 14-day period begins from the day you receive your order. Please see our Returns Policy for further information.
CAN I RETURN A PRE-ORDER ITEM?
Yes. Pre-order items follow our standard returns policy once they have been delivered. Please see our Returns page for full details.
